    The water service line is located near your home’s water meter. This is typically in the basement near the front (streetside) of the home.
  4. How do I prepare for the technician’s visit?
    It is important the area around your service line (5-foot radius) is accessible prior to your scheduled appointment.
  5. Do I need to be near the technician while the water service line is inspected?
    No. You do not need to be with the technician or in their workspace.
  6. How long will it take to have my water service line inspected?
    Water service line inspections typically take 10 minutes or less. This time will vary depending on access or unforeseen limitations.
